An engineer by profession, Andrew has broad technical and business experience spanning over 20 years across Asia Pacific, working with American and European MNCs in the areas of telecommunications, software and infrastructure.

Andrew’s expertise is in business and technical strategy, particularly in growing businesses by seizing untapped opportunities and driving operational efficiencies.  Having started as an engineer in AT&T covering network systems and RF engineering, Andrew has had a progressive engineering management experience from deployment team leader and regional manager, to the lead Asia Pacific UMTS project director at Lucent Technologies and currently the Managing Director for Alan Dick & Company Malaysia & Brunei.

Stephen is a civil engineer by profession with extensive hands-on experience in developing and delivering construction projects in Australia and south-east Asia.

Stephen first came to Malaysia in 1994 and has worked throughout the region in various capacities from site operations to commercial and contractual management of complex telecommunications and HVTL (High Voltage Transmission Line) projects. Over the last 15 years he has fronted the business development of AlanDick Malaysia and Brunei.

Stephen holds a degree of Civil Engineering from the University of Sydney, Australia.
